Scrunchy Knee High Boot, Maroon

To ensure the longevity of your shoes and sandals, follow these material-specific care instructions:

LEATHER

Regular Cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. For stubborn dirt, use a brush with soft bristles. For deeper cleaning, apply a leather cleaner with a soft cloth. Follow the cleaner's instructions, and test it on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Condition and Polish. Condition your shoes every few months, or more often if they are exposed to harsh conditions. Use a polish that matches your shoe's color to cover scratches and restore the sheen.

Waterproofing. To protect your leather shoes from moisture and stains, use a waterproofing spray designed for leather. Apply it in a well-ventilated area, and let it dry completely.

Proper Storage. Insert wooden shoe trees to help maintain the shape of the shoes and absorb moisture. Avoid high humidity and extreme temperatures. Leather can crack in dry heat or mildew in excessive humidity. If you keep your shoes in boxes, use dust bags to prevent scuffs and allow the leather to breathe.

Shoe Rotation. Avoid wearing the same pair of leather shoes daily. This allows them to air out and maintain their shape. Having multiple pairs of shoes allows for better shoe care and longevity.

SUEDE

Suede shoes require special care to keep them looking good and to prevent damage. Here's how to maintain them:

Protecting Your Suede Shoes. Use a water and stain resistant spray before wearing them to help prevent damage. Avoid wearing in rain or snow as suede absorbs moisture easily, which can cause stains or warping.

Cleaning Suede Shoes. Use a suede brush. Brush in one direction to remove dirt and restore the nap (the soft, fuzzy texture). You can remove stains by gently rubbing scuffs or marks with a suede eraser or a clean pencil eraser. For tougher stains like oil, sprinkle cornstarch or baking soda on the stain, let it sit overnight, then brush off; water stains - sightly dampen the entire shoe with a clean cloth, then let it dry naturally and brush the suede; mud - let it dry completely before brushing off the dirt.

Storing Suede Shoes. Keep them in a cool, dry place avoiding direct sunlight and humidity. Use shoe trees or stuff with paper to help maintain shape and prevent creases. Store in a dust bag or box to protect from dust and accidental spills.

For best results, store your Vitto Rossi shoes in a breathable space, rotate them regularly, and use protective sprays based on the material type.

With proper care, your footwear will stay stylish and comfortable for years to come!
